We stand by our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. 

We print and ship orders as quickly as possible. The processing times and expected ship dates are listed under each product. 

We do not accept returns on 3D printed items. If an order was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for further assistance. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. High value items are shipped with full insurance and signature delivery. If an item is lost in transit, please contact your local post office.

Inventory listed is accurate and I will ship out your order within 2 to 3 days.
